Master Group expands its presence in a market with great growth prospects such as the Gulf countries. We are in Ajmān. The city has a population of almost 500,000, and its urban area is next to the city of Sharja, which in turn is located at the border with Dubai, all creating one large urban district of more than four million people.

This was the setting for the Kingston Tower, a large residential building with four underground parking levels, ground floor with a generous surface for commercial use and 25 floors and penthouse, with flats and offices. “This is an important residential complex, one of the most important ones to have sprung up in Ajmān in the past year,” are the words of Mr. Ayman Adeeb, Gulf Area Manager of Master.

“We have managed to establish a beautiful collaboration between all the players involved in this important project, from the owner, Kingston Holding International LTD, the design company Canadian Consultant, to the construction company Gulf Asia General Contracting Co. LLC, which in turn was effectively assisted by Seema Aluminium Works LLC, manufacturer of aluminium curtain walls and locks. The result is a modern and comfortable complex with an impressive design, thanks above all to the large surface area of its curtain walls on which all the accessories of Master’s Empire Line were used, finished with the cremone bolts and handles of the Comfort Line”.
