To meet the ever-increasing market demand for aluminium door and window frames that boast impressive tightness performance and high-quality design, the Master group decided to expand its range of corner joints with two new lines: EXTRA and ONE. 

EXTRA is the line of alignment and support corner joints with adjustable eccentric pins.  

This type of corner joint acts as a support for the main corner joint and ensures perfect alignment and locking of corner profiles even with T and Cross joints.  

Its parts are made of die-cast aluminium and zamak. The different versions of the EXTRA line are available in various sizes (ranging from 4×12 mm to 5.5×17 mm) so that they can cover the most common sizes of profiles on the market. 

The adjustable eccentric pins allow perfect tightening, using a 20 Torx spanner, without additional machining and even with the frame already installed, and the glue injection hole allows the corner profile to be sealed  quickly and easily. 

UNA is the line of multi-purpose alignment and support corner joints with corner connector and pin. 

This is a type of corner joint designed to align and tighten the corner of the profile by supporting the main corner joint and, in most cases, using the second groove of thermal break profiles.  

UNA corner joints are made of die-cast aluminium, also subjected to tumbling and sandblasting treatments for increased corrosion resistance.  

The range consists of several variants to suit most of the systems available on the market.  

UNA’s multi-purpose system allows the corner profile to be locked in two different ways: either by pinning, using the universal zamak pin (a practical, fast and economical method), or by chamfering, using a chamfering press that allows the corner to be locked quickly.
