AS300 by Master, considered very functional for sliding closure kit indicated on large fixtures, is the program of accessory for lift & slide designed by MasterLab’s engineers to combine high performances, maneuverability, and fast installation on windows. This system, thanks to additional roller kit, allows to extend load capacity from 300kg to 400 kg for sash, and today is available even in the completely automatic motorized version. “AS300 it’s one of the leading product for innovation and design offered to customer. The motorization kit of AS300 Automatic include : Lifting motor (Art. 6730M.XX – 6730M.XX – 6730M.XX) allows to activate locking points, and it’s incorporated in the rod and positioned under the lock to reduce spaces and be suitable for most of profiles. Sliding motor WiSlide 500 (Art.1122.7 -1122.8 – 1122.9) by a belt connected to the upper rail of the sash, it permits the sliding while opening and closing (it is available in 3 versions covering a width range of sash between 1 and 3 meters); A control Unit (Art. 1122.31) which coordinates the functioning of the two engines. “Now it will be possible to apply the new support system (Art. 6743) composed by special plastic material of AS300 line, that while sash is closing goes between roller and his rails unloading the weight and avoiding the eventual deformation of bearings”, said Mr Lafronza. “This system also operates as a brake and allows greater stability of the sash in case of an incomplete opening”. The treatment involves the use of a three-layer composition, that gives product an higher resistance to corrosion, scratches, water and dust, making it suitable for environments subjected at difficult conditions (pools, factories, basements, etc).
