Master has once again been recognized as one of the best companies to work for in Italy, earning the prestigious “Great Place to Work 2024” certification

The Conversano-based group, a global leader in aluminum hardware and components, begins 2025 with this important acknowledgment, reflecting the positive feedback from its employees.

Being a leader means more than excelling in the market, it requires building trust with employees and fostering a workplace that is healthy, inclusive, and respectful of individual needs.

For years, Master has been committed to this challenge, continuously striving to create an engaging and supportive work environment. The company conducted a survey among 350 team members, most of whom work at the Conversano plant, in order to monitor employee satisfaction. This effort has now led to Master’s second “Great Place to Work” certification.

According to employee feedback, Master ranks among the “best companies to work for in Italy.” The workplace climate survey provided an in-depth analysis of various aspects, including employees’ sense of belonging, perception of fairness and meritocracy, trust in the company’s future, leadership credibility and more.

GPTW survey’s results highlight that 75% of Master’s employees consider the company “an excellent place to work.” Additionally, 74% recognize a strong sense of fairness within the organization, valuing the inclusive and unbiased treatment of all individuals, regardless of their background or personal characteristics.

This aligns with Master’s commitment to fostering an inclusive corporate culture, as reflected in its UNI PdR 125 Gender Equality Certification. The survey also revealed that 70% of employees take great pride in their work, and an impressive 83% express a willingness to remain with the company for the long term.

“Being certified as a Great Place to Work means continuing to prioritize what matters most: our people,” said Annacarla Loperfido, Chief People and Organization Officer at Master. “It also pushes us to maintain the highest standards in our processes and human resource management, ensuring that every team member feels like an integral part of the company’s evolution. These two elements, employee well-being and organizational excellence, are both the cause and effect of this certification.”

Great Place to Work is an internationally recognized certification that helps companies enhancing their organizational culture, supporting management in creating a people-centric work environment.

Employee testimonials and survey results highlight a deep sense of belonging and pride in the company’s achievements. Moreover, there is a widespread perception of customer-centricity, as well as a workplace atmosphere characterized by respect, harmony, and kindness.

From a business perspective, Master continued to deliver strong financial performance in 2024, with consolidated revenues surpassing €60 million, 57.5% of which came from international markets. Looking ahead, the company has outlined an ambitious €20 million investment plan for the 2025-2030 period.
