Master group has always been at the service of door and window frame manufacturers around the world to support them in carrying out tests and product certifications through its MasterLAB research centre with testing laboratory. During the lockdown, the centre has significantly increased the volume of services provided as an integral part of company’s offer, after observing a strong market interest in burglary-related issues, which have been noticed in some specific areas of the national territory but also in many Central European countries, where the prevalence of private houses at street level requires the use of anti-burglary security systems.

Master Italy has been offering solutions such as kits and anti-burglary locking points for several years, especially for the main window sash, for example with Art. 3400A.53 / Art. 3421A.53 that allow door and window frame manufacturers to achieve anti-burglary certification RC2 pursuant to EN1627/28/29/30 standards. Such solutions are available for CE/R40 systems and are compatible with the entire WEEN Program for tilt&turn systems made by Master.

The novelty of 2020 in the field of security systems made by Master consists in the manufacture and marketing of anti-burglary systems dedicated to the secondary sash, for window sill, with art. 4532.1 / 4533.1 and balcony door with art. 4532 / 4533. These products are also available for CE/R40 systems and allow obtaining RC2 anti-burglary certification of the frame following the technical guidelines given in the anti-burglary manual created by Master.

The product range is completed by the overrider art. 4228 is designed for door profiles, ideal for the inactive leaf on tilt&turn systems, and consists of a pin in AISI 303 stainless steel that perfectly threads into the special slot of the door frame during leaf closing movement. This overrider guarantees the system the important anti-lift property and contributes to obtaining of the RC2 certification for 2 leaf door frames.
