The Master Group, a global leader in the design and production of high-tech accessories for aluminium windows and doors, continues its international growth and expansion process with the opening of its new headquarters in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire.
The company, based in Conversano (Ba) and present in 58 countries around the world, after setting up an office in Poland with Master Polska, during the long period of the pandemic, started researching new emerging markets, focusing on the West African area.
The new branch of the Master Group, inaugurated on 12 May in Abidjan, an important commercial hub in the Ivory Coast and one of the main ports in West Africa, will act as a distribution hub for all countries in the area that do not have access to the sea.
«The entire management is very satisfied with the achievement of this important milestone, which was achieved in a very complicated period and was carried out with great commitment by the entire staff» – says Lucio Delfine, Area Manager of the Master Group.
The hub in West Africa represents a strategic investment for the Italian company, which aims to increase its market share and strategic presence in that region. The Group chose Côte d’Ivoire because of its political stability and the country’s attractive growth prospects, where real estate market development is most intense.
A staff of five, including Lucio Delfine (CEO/Gèrant) and Mauro Moretti (Sales Manager), operates at the site, which includes the sales office, customer care and a warehouse.
«This is the beginning of an exciting and prospect-rich journey, which will certainly see the Master group play a leading role in West Africa in the years to come», Mauro Moretti, Sales Manager Master West Africa, said with satisfaction.
Master aims to bring the Italian model, which is characterised by a strong customer focus, a deep understanding of needs and great flexibility in solving the problems of a very complex technical sector, to Africa as well.
